I grew up thinking I would become a doctor or a lawyer; stability, good money and social prestige. During college, I quickly realized that following the “traditional” path to success did not suit me. I transferred from life sciences to business and that is when my passion for entrepreneurship arose.
When I obtained my BBA in Finance, I had been involved in 3 startups, found an incredible mentor, exposed myself to a massive network, got involved in everything startup-related and started to build a name for myself. Willing to challenge myself even further, I joined the Next 36 program (now Next Canada), a Canadian Entrepreneurial Leadership Initiative.
I am now the investment director for 3 very successful Montreal entrepreneurs, CFO at AmpMe and Associate with 500 Startups Canada. I am currently investing some time analyzing opportunities in insurtech industry to eventually launch my own startup.
